Returns & Exchanges
Since all MessQueen New York items are handmade to order, WE ONLY ACCEPT EXCHANGES - NO RETURNS -
unless there was a mistake on our part. E.G. The style you ordered has just sold out.
You have the option of exchanging your item(s) for a different size or style, however you are required to pay the cost difference if you choose a higher priced item.
All exchanged items must be received within 30 DAYS upon receiving the order shipment. Exchanged items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in it's original packaging. You must include in your exchanged package a pre-paid shipping label or stamps for our use to ship the new items back to you. Alternatively, you may contact us directly (firstname.lastname@example.org) to send us an online payment so that we can generate the shipping label. Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied.

Once we receive your package, your exchanged items will be processed and your new items will be made and shipped within 7-10 business days. You will be notified when your new shipment has been mailed out via the email provided on your order.
Cancellations may be made within 24 HOURS of placing an order UNLESS the item(s) are scheduled to be shipped out the next day.
If any item(s) you have purchased from our website need a fixin' after normal wear or a wild night out (hole in the seam, hem comes undone, etc.), please contact us and we will work with you to fix your item.
First time alterations are free of charge. You are responsible for the cost to ship to us and we will cover the return shipping.
